having personally lived with ME/CFS for many years, I am especially attuned to the needs of people living with chronic health conditions including long covid and autoimmune disease. i know how badly we are let down by the conventional health system, and wish to empower you to take wellbeing into your own hands as far as possible. we will work multi-dimensionally to boost health and make beneficial habits part of your day to day life
