Sorry but there will be no refunds or discounts for arriving late, leaving early, flight cancellations, travel delays or illness. If you cancel your participation in the holiday for any reason, the cancellation policy above will apply. We wish we could compensate people for unforeseen circumstances (injury, family emergency, etc), but unfortunately that is not possible. To protect yourself, we recommend purchasing travel insurance.
It is very unlikely that we will have to cancel this holiday. However, if Debbie your yoga teacher is unable to attend for any reason we will work hard to provide an alternative and equally well-qualified teacher. If we need to cancel this holiday for our own reasons, we will refund to you all deposits and payments . We cannot however compensate you for airfare or travel costs incurred. In the unlikely event that the retreat or event is cancelled due to weather, natural disaster or political upheaval, we are unable to offer a refund. To cover these eventualities, we recommend you purchase travel insurance.
Travel Insurance:
It is recommended to purchase travel insurance. Travel Insurance can protect you financially and offers peace of mind in case of:
• you cancelling your participation in the holiday
• the holiday being cancelled due to extreme weather, natural disaster, political upheaval
• lost baggage
• medical expenses and the cost of repatriation should you become ill or injured

- Please pay a deposit per person of £200 for shared room, or £250 for single use room when you book your place on the holiday. Your deposit holds a place for you on the holiday. It is non refundable and non-transferable
- The balance of payment is requested by 14th July 2019
- If you cancel your holiday after the balance of payment is made, no refund is automatically available. This is because places are limited on this holiday and it is unlikely that we will be able to fill your place at short notice. If we are able to fill your place, we will refund your payment minus your £200/£250 deposit
